What can I sell? Handmade items only. Work must be original, executed by hand or with the use of appropriate tools and made by individual artists. Only work consistent with your application is to be displayed. Reproductions and prints of your original work may be sold. While it is preferred that artists present their own work, representatives are permissible. Sales agents for groups of artists or galleries are not allowed.
Are prizes offered? Yes! This is a juried art show with cash prizes for Best in Show, Second & Third Place, plus Honorary Mentions. Winners will be announced at the Festival. All vendors will be considered by the jury, there is no additional fee!
What are juried decisions based on? Jury decisions are based on the craftsmanship, creativity, and uniqueness of your craft.
When are applications/fees due?
CANO Members discount by July 5th. 10’x10′ ($45), 10’x20′ ($90)
Early Artist discount by June 14th. 10’x10′ ($50), 10’x20′ ($100)
Late application deadline (no discounts) by July 5th. 10’x10′ ($75), 10’x20′ ($125)

How large are the tent spaces? 10X10 spaces are offered for the standard rate. 10X20 spaces are available at a premium rate if you need more room.
Do I need to provide my own tent? Yes. We highly suggest weights and rain covers to secure your tent in case of extreme winds and rain.
What time can we set up and take down our tents? Booth set up begins at 8:30 am. All vehicles must be removed from the site by 9:30 am. Take down will begin at 4:00 pm.
Do you offer refunds for cancellations? No refunds will be given after July 5th. A $20 processing fee will be deducted from all cancellations prior to July 5th. CANO reserves the right to cancel the festival due to inclement weather. CANO is not responsible for artists’ work or tents.
